BTP doesn't view each project as an individual job; rather, we look at each as an opportunity to establish a long term relationship with the customer. Our philosophy is to leave the owner and the general contractor or construction manager pleased with our performance, such that they will consider us an asset to have on their team.
Install instrument and electrical systems for gas processing plants. Jobs are grass roots projects including installation of underground conduit, cable tray installations, installing wire, termination, mounting instrument devices, installation of MCC, transformers, control systems, calibration and loop check.
Install DCS and PLC control systems upgrades for various plants including food processing plants, gas processing plants, compressor stations. Projects require researching the existing wiring and drawings and generating new construction installation drawings to allow the installation of new PLC or DCS equipment and field instruments.
1- Water intake station of south pars gas complex refineries (assalouyeh) including design and implementation of electrical and mechanical systems and instrumentations and also supply of electrical parts and KOHO compressors
2- Programming and commissioning of compressed air system and chlorination package in South pars gas complex
South Pars Gas Company Phase 1-6 (water intake)
3- Rebuilding of metering system in Kharg island terminals including the supply of explosion proof electrical switchgears and lighting systems from CEAG, instrumentation cables of KERPEN and electrical distribution transformers of ABB
4- Basic and detail design of control systems, electrical panels, connection network of PLCs and central monitoring room, variable frequency systems and also programming and commissioning of control units for more than 4000 I/Os in assembly lines of IRAN KHODRO
5- Design of control system, programming and commissioning of feeder robot systems in Press hall of SAIPA with positioning drives (Lenze-9300) with CANBUS network
6- Design of control system, programming, commissioning and panel fabrication for 30 and 50 ton hydraulic press for ROYAN BUSHING and CARBON BRUSH factory with s7-300 PLC of SIEMENS with about 300 I/O and local monitoring with OP7

7- Design and panel fabrication for bending test machine of powder metallurgy parts for ROYAN BUSHING and CARBON BRUSH factory including LENZE frequency inverter, BONSHING loadcell and SIEMENS PLC
8- Design, fabrication and speed control of 6 double cone mixers for powder metallurgy industries (SAHAND, AZAR, ROYAN) from 7 to 500 liters working capacity
9- Programming and commissioning of control system and monitoring of auxiliary boiler of SHAZAND power plant with SIMATIC s7-400
10- Design of control system, programming and commissioning of MAILANDER metal sheet printing machine of IRAN PACKAGING INDUSTRIES Co. with S5-135U SIEMENS PLC and local monitoring with TD17
